Financing Your Care
It is our wish for every patient to receive the very best treatment possible. In our effort to realize that wish, we actively aspire to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, and we offer several payment options that work for all of our patients.
Payment options:
- Cash
- Personal Check
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
- Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance Benefits Estimate
We will gladly work with you to estimate your benefits for dental care from your insurance company. However, we are not “in network” with any insurance companies. Please research both your dental and medical insurance coverage before your first visit with us, as you may have benefits in either or both plans, depending on your unique dental needs.
Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions regarding your treatment estimate, payment issues, or insurance benefit coverage.
Insurance Payments and Patient Responsibility
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage estimate may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost after that time is your responsibility.
